It's a vibrant meeting point where hotel guests, locals, and colleagues come together, creating a true neighborhood vibe and a place people love to return to.The JobAs F&B Supervisor at The 51, you are an important part of the daily operation. You support the F&B team, help organize the workflow, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both guests and colleagues. You are visible on the floor and help create a positive and energetic atmosphere.Together with the Restaurant Manager, you help maintain service quality, support the team's development, and contribute to the continued success of The 51.What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a F&B team
• Be visible in the restaurant and jump in when needed
• Create and manage weekly team schedules
• Create memorable experiences for our guests
• Build connections with our guests, locals, and the neighborhood
• Improve operational efficiency
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager
• Bring creative ideas to life and help make The 51 even better

Job requirements
