Your role in the journeyAs a Guest Service Specialist, you are the voice of our hotel. Your main responsibilities include:

• Handle reservation requests.
• Help coordinate the financial administration within the hotel.
• Respond to all incoming communication through phone, email and other digital channels.
• Coordinate pre-arrival and post-stay communication with guests.
• Respond and manage feedback and online reviews.
• Ensure all in-house guest requests are followed up professionally.
• Work closely together with other Front of House teams to deliver exceptional experiences while maintaining LQA and brand standards.

Job requirements
What you'll bring

• Prior experience in the luxury hospitality industry
• No 9 till 5 mentalities, flexibility within your schedule
• Natural drive to connect with people
• Ability to surprise guests with your special touch
• Spontaneity, an open attitude and an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch or other foreign languages are a plus
