Your Key Contributions to Memorable Stays  This is the most all-round internship out there, you are everywhere, and you know everyone, both guests and colleagues. You are the point of contact for our guests, in particular our VIP guests, and for contact persons from events as well. You are the vital link between the different departments, and you are always looking for special ways to surprise our guests.You come up with new and creative ideas and you inspire your colleagues to contribute to them as well. In addition, you ensure that work processes are improved, that all areas are neat and tidy and that we continue to provide guests with an "Extraordinary" experience in a unique way. Furthermore, you give tours of the hotels for potential new guests, resolve complaints and you share your knowledge about the hotel and city.

Organisation
In het hart van het stadscentrum ligt Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam. Het hotel is het eerste vijfsterrenhotel in Amsterdam en dateert uit de gouden eeuw. Drie eeuwen lang heeft het hotel onderdak geboden aan koninklijke en legendarische gasten zoals keizerin Elisabeth van Oostenrijk en de Beatles. De Nachtwacht van Rembrandt werd geschilderd om in het hotel te worden tentoongesteld.De 81 onlangs gerenoveerde kamers zijn ingericht in klassieke kleuren; een mix van crème en rood met gouden accenten. Van standaard kamers tot vorstelijke suites, elke kamer combineert een strakke vormgeving met luxe verwennerij.Ons dagelijkse ontbijtbuffet biedt een inspirerend scala aan smaken, waaronder lokale specialiteiten, glutenvrije opties en op verzoek bereide warme gerechten. De bar is dagelijks geopend voor een ontspannen drankje of een lichte maaltijd.
