Of course you will do this with your best smile and that way you will leave an unforgettable first impression. You are the to-go person for the questions of the guests and you are the superstar who also arranges reservations. You are not only the face of the hotel, but also the eyes and ears! 

Job requirements
Tasks & responsibilities 

• Checking in- and out of the guests; 

• Answering questions of the guests; 

• Complaint handling; 

• And other additional administrative tasks. 

 Who are you?  You are the person of which the guest automatically gets a smile on their face from. You have a huge hospitality heart and are a hard worker. They can't get you down!  In addition to the above, we also have a few other qualities that we are looking for:  

• You speak English fluently. Dutch is an advantage; 

• You live in or close to Amsterdam or Amstelveen; 

• You are hospitable and representative; 

• You have experience within the front office of a hotel or you have the ambition to learn this. 

  Besides these qualities you are also a real Daymaker.  A Daymaker: 

• Has fun 

Having fun with each other and our guest. By being yourself, respect each other and help/support each other at all times. 

• Is connected 

We always try to establish a (personal) connection with our guest, colleagues and neighbours in order to make the stay/work even more enjoyable.

A fresh and innovative mindset. We think in possibilities, not in difficulties, this characterizes a real Daymaker. 

• Is ambitious 

Every day we strive to get the most out of ourselves by using our creativity to create a unforgettable stay for our guests. 

• No-nonsense
