• Ensuring the proper operation of technical facilities in collaboration with the Head of Technical Services.
• Performing minor renovation work.
• Conducting repair work in hotel rooms while ensuring guest privacy at all times.
• Preventing or resolving malfunctions of technical facilities.
• Following the preventive maintenance plan.
• Adhering to water hygiene (pool) procedures.
• Complying with all procedures related to legionella.
• Applying hotel safety regulations (in case of fire, etc.).
• Actively contributing to the safety of guests and their property (e.g., ensuring the release of emergency exits).

Job requirements
Job Requirements:

• Experience in the hotel industry is a plus.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
• Flexible and hands-on mentality.
• Problem solver with an "I can do" attitude.
• Enthusiastic and positive demeanor.
• Knowledge and experience with computers/software/systems is highly desirable.
