This role with Lore Group is based in Amsterdam and focuses on two of the city's most iconic properties: Pulitzer Amsterdam and Kimpton De Witt.

On Design your Career, you will gain in-depth learning, and hands on experience across a range of operational departments within two different properties. The program runs for 12 months each year from September to August, beginning with two line level rotations for 6 months in one property, followed by two supervisory rotations for 6 months in the second hotel within the region. Throughout your Management Development Program, we will develop your supervisory and management skills through a strategic learning plan and increasing operational responsibility as you progress. As part of the program you will have access to a range of additional development opportunities including;

• Assigned mentor from the Regional Leadership Team
• Quarterly one on one time with the Regional General Manager
• One day shadowing the Regional General Manager or Hotel Manager
• Social events, building your network with other graduates within the group
• A unique business focused project to work on within the program
• A planned program of internal training
• Emotional intelligence and personality assessment
• Input into the structure of your program, allowing you to Design your Career
