For a leading global fashion brand based in Amsterdam, we’re looking for a commercially driven Menswear Buyer to help shape the future of Europe Retail.

About the team
Retail Buying leads product selection, range building, and overall product strategy for the Europe Retail business. In a fast-changing retail landscape, the team curates the optimal assortment for each store, tailored to the consumer profile, sales objectives, and regional market dynamics.

Job Description
Reporting to the Buying Director, you will drive the strategic and operational execution of product investment for your division and categories, delivering in-season performance against financial targets. You will play a key role in executing brand, product, and planning strategies in line with the overall Brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end buying framework, creating range architecture and assortment guidelines by channel in collaboration with the Planner.
• Lead seasonal hindsight analysis and define forward strategy.
• Regularly review and refine the Collection Framework Plan and Option Flow Plan with the Planner, aligned to brand direction.
• Prepare and present assortment selection, product story, and flow at Pre Sign-off, ensuring divisional consistency.
• Present final buy quantification with the Planner to Retail Leadership.
• Develop and deliver weekly trade action plans to Directors.
• Identify product opportunities to drive incremental topline growth.

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years’ buying experience, ideally in outlet fashion.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven success delivering collections across all KPI's.
• Analytical, with the ability to interpret large data sets and build ranges accordingly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills including fluency in written and spoken English.
• Confident presenting to large groups.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented team player with a can-do attitude; able to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
