Your role in the journeyAs Doorman/Bellman, you are the first impression of our hotel — a warm welcome, a helping hand, and a trusted guide. You ensure smooth arrivals and departures, while creating a sense of ease and elegance for every guest.Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests with a smile and assisting with luggage and valet parking.
• Coordinating guest arrivals and departures, including taxi arrangements.
• Keeping the entrance and lobby area pristine and inviting.
• Escorting guests to their rooms and assisting VIPs with personalized service.
• Staying alert to guest needs and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they arrive.

Job requirements
What you'll bring

• A valid driving license.
• A passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.
• A proactive and service-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Flexibility to workday, evening and night shifts.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Previous hotel experience is a bonus.
