If you enjoy a job that keeps you energized and inspired, this is your place to grow.YOUR ROLE AS A CHEF DE PARTIEAs Chef de Partie, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering consistent quality in a busy hotel kitchen. You will help manage orders and ensure that products are not accepted without approval.You will maintain the highest standards in daily preparations and stay up to date with new products, recipes, and cooking techniques.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Managing and supporting kitchen staff in daily food preparation
• Enforcing strict hygiene and safety standards
• Monitoring the quality and progress of kitchen processes
• Ensuring sufficient stock at your workstation
• Contributing to a positive and flexible working atmosphere
• Optimizing cooking processes with a focus on speed and quality

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Demonstrable experience as a Chef de Partie or extensive experience as a Demi Chef who is ready for the next step
• Thorough knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen processes, and food safety
• You can run your section independently, from preparation to finishing on the plate
• You thrive in a dynamic kitchen and never lose sight of quality
• You have natural leadership skills to manage and coach junior colleagues
• You are strong at planning and working in an organized manner, your mise en place is always in order
• You have a passion for fresh products, flavor combinations, and contemporary presentation
• You think flexibly about menus, events, and seasonal influences
• You enjoy working in a team, remain calm under pressure, and have a genuine love for the profession
