The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolizes the melting pot the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-meter-tall building is in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base.  Become a bar waiter in the largest hotel in the Netherlands! Imagine the thrill of working in a bustling bar where 200 guests can just turn up from one minute to another.  Our Moana bar is laidback and colorful, the beating heart of the hotel. It just beats slower, the tiki/summer way. It is open between 11 AM and 1 AM. The menu is uncomplicated but focuses on good-quality ingredients and comfort food such as burgers, nachos, pizzas, local craft beer, and classic cocktails. Job requirements
What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

• Greeting guests and presenting menus; 
• Making suggestions based on their preferences; 
• Taking and serving food/drinks orders; 
• Preparing drinks;
• Keeping the bar area tidy at all times;
• Upselling when appropriate; 
• Arranging table settings; 
• Listening and connecting with our guests; 
• Delivering checks and collecting payments.

Organisation
Selva, a new Latin American restaurant is to set open its doors this summer. Located on the 24th floor of the iconic design hotel nhow Amsterdam RAI, Selva is another name for the Amazon, "the lungs of the earth"
Inspired by nature and natural elements, the interior of the restaurant is inspired by the colors, textures and patterns of the Amazon rainforest. Selva is characterized by organic shapes that 'flow' through the restaurant and the rivers of the Amazon basin. With an abundance of plants and earthy tones, the place feels lavish and vibrant. 
Selva's menu is a journey of discovery through the diverse and tasteful cuisines of Latin America, with dishes inspired by flavors from Mexico, Peru and Brazil, among others. Guests can expect a range of different dishes from ceviche to grilled meats and seafood. The open kitchen and the visible charcoal grill enriches the flavors of the dishes and creates a memorable dining experience.
In addition to Selva, the new cocktail bar will also open in the same room on the top floor of the hotel and is named as Sonora. Sonora offers a wide selection of cocktails, with ingredients inspired by the flavors of the Amazon rainforest.With its prime location on the 24th floor of nhow Amsterdam RAI, Selva and Sonora offer a breathtaking city views, making it an ideal destination for tourists as well as local. Selva covers 700 square meters, with a total of 137 place settings for the restaurant and 45 seating in the cocktail bar. There is also a large function room available.
