You will work across various outlets, including our new dining concepts. In this role, you will engage in mise en place, performing essential preparatory work such as washing, cutting, and cooking. You will assist in the preparation of dishes, ensuring that each item meets our high standards for quality and presentation. By monitoring ingredients and making adjustments as needed, you'll help maintain the flavor and appearance of our culinary offerings. Additionally, you will be involved in plating and garnishing dishes, learning the importance of aesthetics in food service. Your responsibilities will also include adhering to hygiene and safety protocols, maintaining a clean working environment, and collaborating with experienced chefs to refine your cooking techniques.

- You are flexible and can work various shifts.
- You are available for 5 to 10 months.
