We're now looking for a skilled Barkeeper to elevate our bar service in Berlin.The RoleAs a Barkeeper, you'll be the face of our bar—creating memorable moments through excellent cocktails, service, and atmosphere. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role where quality, speed, and vibe all matter.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails to a high standard
• Deliver warm, professional, and engaging guest service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Manage stock, supplies, and basic inventory control
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Support the team during busy shifts and events

Job requirements
What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Barkeeper / Bartender
• Strong cocktail knowledge and hands-on mixology skills
• Confident, outgoing personality with a guest-first mindset
• Ability to work late and midnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
