Get the sausages ready! You’re about to work for a company that specializes in the sale of barbecues and electric fireplaces. Originally founded in Canada, over the years it has grown into an international phenomenon in the grill industry. The company stands for quality, sustainability, and commitment. At the European headquarters in Tiel, they are looking to strengthen their financial administration team. The total team in Tiel consists of around 90 employees, but globally, you’ll be part of a much larger network spanning North America, Asia, and Europe!

Functieomschrijving

As a Technical Customer Assistant, you will anticipate and meet customer needs by providing the highest level of service to all dealers from initial contact to delivery. You will make sure that our dealers and end users receive assistance with technical issues, by phone or through the ticketing system. 

You will be responsible for: 

  • Being the first point of contact for our dealers and end users on the phone dyring your help desk duties
  • Handling tickets from dealers and end users by using the policies and procedures for technical support
  • Identigfying and reporting quality problems that you encounter in your contact with users. 
  • Staying up to date on the most recent product klowlegde.

Functie-eisen
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • Knowledge of the Dutch or English language is an advantage.
  • Affinity with customer service in general.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to identify problems, visualize and implement best solutions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • You don't need any experience or knowledge of technical products, but you are open to learn. 

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • A salary between 2.500 and 3.000 bruto a month based on your experience and level. 
  • Full-time job, 40 hours per week.
  • 26 vacation days + 1 ADV day.
  • Hybrid work: 60% in the office, 40% from home.
  • You accrue pension, 2/3 of which is covered by the company
