We pride ourselves with a collaborative mindset.THE POSITIONAs Quality Manager, your daily goal is to lead and foresee our quality and internal audits within the region to ensure that all our properties are following the brand's guidelines. The present scope is 20+ hotels in 6 countries in Europe and new hotels in the pipeline.You will team up with the various colleagues such as General Managers and heads of departments of other regions, Visiting various properties, helping them reach the best quality scores as well as training teams and making various plans of actions will be your daily activities.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Focusing on quality scores aligned to our brand's (Marriott, Accor, IHG) standards
- Visiting various properties and making internal audits
- Cooperating with different departments (housekeeping, front office, food and beverage) on improvements towards overall quality
- Implementing successful quality strategies and training for our internal teams
- Reporting directly to our Senior Vice President of Operations about quality scores of our various properties
- Managing the whole plan of action for our sites that would require support in their operations
- Working on other operational projects that would require your insights and expertise
- By being a warm and helpful communicator and being guest oriented.
- With the ability to put things in perspective when it comes to helping guests, colleagues and accounts;
- Thinking out of the box to create unique experiences;
- With a love for structuring a bit of chaos;
- By being a great team player and being proactive;
- Love being a part of a brand and live and breathe the Odyssey values: Entrepreneurial, Together, Positive, Accountable.
- Your English is top-notch.
- Prior experience in quality management or general hotel operations management
- Profound knowledge of hotel operations, general cleanliness and guest service
- Prior experience with hotel audits is an advantage
- Knowing Marriott, Accor or IHG guidelines is considered a strong plus
- Analytical skills
