As a Production Operator, you will join a growing company that produces a wide variety of fruit juices. After a thorough training period, you will become familiar with the machines and production lines, allowing you to work independently. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that production runs efficiently and contribute ideas for improvements.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Operating, setting up and adjusting production machinery
• Monitoring the production process to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Performing quality checks and inspecting finished products
• Identifying and resolving minor technical issues
• Carrying out basic maintenance and keeping machinery clean
• Suggesting improvements and supporting colleagues when needed

You will work in a 2-shift schedule with the following working hours:

• Morning shift: 05:30 – 14:15
• Afternoon shift: 14:15 – 23:00

• Previous experience as a Production Operator or an interest in machinery and technology
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality and safety
• You enjoy solving technical problems and improving production processes
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift schedule
• You are a team player who enjoys working in a positive and friendly environment
• You live in or around Nijmegen, Wijchen, Cuijk, Boxmeer, Gennep or Beneden-Leeuwen

• A salary between €3,150 and €3,600 gross per month, including shift allowance
• A full-time position with a structured 2-shift schedule
