Job requirements
The RoleAs a Full-time / Part-time Front Office & Breakfast Host, you will be the face of the hotel, from the early morning breakfast service to welcoming guests at check-in and assisting them at check-out. You play an important role in creating a warm and memorable guest experience, ensuring that every guest feels genuinely welcome and leaves with a positive impression. This is a diverse and hands-on position that brings together hospitality, organisation, and personal service in a natural and meaningful way.We are looking for a warm, professional, and service-minded colleague who enjoys working in a boutique hotel environment and takes pride in delivering attentive, personalised service with a strong eye for detail.Key responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and ensuring smooth and professional check-ins and check-outs
• Preparing, presenting, and maintaining a high-quality breakfast buffet
• Serving guests with warmth, attentiveness, and a strong eye for detail
• Managing reservations, payments, and guest requests in Mews (PMS)
• Handling emails, phone calls, and guest enquiries in a professional and service-oriented manner
• Maintaining cleanliness, order, and a welcoming atmosphere in the breakfast area, lobby, and public spaces
• Working closely with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

About You

• You have at least 1 year of experience in a front office or guest service role
• You are well-presented, responsible, and naturally service-oriented
• You speak fluent English; Dutch would be considered an advantage
• You have excellent communication skills and remain calm and composed under pressure
• You are flexible and available to work morning, evening, night, and weekend shifts
• You are independent, reliable, and solution-oriented in your approach
• You have a strong eye for detail and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality service
