INNSiDE By Melia Amsterdam welcomed its first guests in 2022, a year after its official opening in 2021 due to the impact of COVID-19. INNSiDE Amsterdam is the only Melia hotel in The Netherlands, the hotel has 328 rooms, 2 restaurants (including a sky bar), 3 meeting rooms, and a gym. The hotel welcomes both business and leisure guests. The hotel's diverse team brings together colleagues from around the world, creating a vibrant atmosphere. An interesting feature of the hotel is that we have our own bees, we sell their honey at the reception. Job description:  As an INNSiDE Receptionist, you will work alongside a team of passionate individuals providing excellent Service. You will be fully conversant with check-in and check-out procedures with the responsibility to deliver exceptional guest experience by surprising and delighting our guests, whether that's with your local INNSiDER knowledge and energy, or by organising a personalised surprise for a special occasion.

Job requirements
What will I have to do?
As the first point of contact for the hotel you will welcome our guests with a smile from the moment they enter our doors. You will be an ambassador for excellent service, dealing efficiently with all requests and queries from guests face to face or over the telephone whilst maintaining the highest levels of service standards, and proactively promoting sales through upsells and excellent knowledge of our products and services. What are we looking for?

• Keep in mind you will work in shifts, including weekends and holidays!Passionate and energetic individuals
• Previous experience in a similar role would be great
• Ideally experience with Opera PMS
