You can read more about Cityden on our website www.cityden.com Duty Manager As the duty manager you will be jointly responsible for the daily operation in the hotel and you ensure that everything will run smoothly. You won't be doing this alone, you will work closely with the hotel manager since he/she has the final responsibility. You will be the first representative for the guests and respond to requests, complaints and feedback. You also ensure that the hotel always looks neat and representative. You know all the ins and outs of the hotel like no other and you communicate this correctly to the team and management Together with the team you provide the ultimate guest experience and you always take that extra step! 

Job requirements
Tasks & responsibilities 

• Checking in/out of guests, assisting in the restaurant or supporting housekeeping; 

• Managing, training and motivating all teams and departments; 

• Drawing up the monthly schedules, managing various figures and other administrative tasks. 

Who are you? We are looking for a real multitasker with a great sense of responsibility. Someone who gets energy from doing and arranging everything at the same time, but who keeps the overview and keeps calm. You radiate positivity and will take care of a good team spirit! In addition to the above, there are also a few other qualities that we are looking for: 

• You live in or close to Amsterdam/Amstelveen; 

• You speak English fluently, Dutch is an advantage; 

• You have experience within the hotel or hospitality industry; 

• You have a hands-on mentality and knows how to lead a team; 

• You want to learn and have the ambition to grow.
