• Warmly, professionally, and energetically welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist guests with their luggage and guide them to the appropriate locations within the hotel
• Coordinate taxis, transportation services, and guest requests
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Concierge, and Security teams to ensure a seamless guest journey
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized entrance area
• Bring the W service philosophy, "Whatever/Whenever®", to life in every guest interaction
• Delight guests with your personal touch, attention to detail, and exceptional hospitality skills

Job requirements
We are looking for a Doorman who:

• Is a natural host with a warm, energetic, and welcoming personality.
• Has experience in hospitality, guest services, or a similar role (preferred).
• Possesses excellent communication skills and feels comfortable working in a luxury lifestyle environment.
• Is professional, presentable, friendly, and service-oriented.
• Thrives in a dynamic and international setting.
• Is proactive and always willing to go the extra mile for guests.
• Is flexible and available to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Speaks fluent English; additional languages are considered a plus.
• Maintains a positive attitude and remains calm and professional under pressure.
• Has a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences and delivering exceptional service.
