As a Customer Care Representative you support customer service, you are closely involved in project and account management and you are indispensable in the order management process. A very diverse role in which you have a lot of contact with internal and external customers. In the position as Customer Care Representative you are mainly involved in the following activities:

Monitors customer orders and signals any risks and problems to operations, planning and process engineering.

• Provides information on order status and prepares samples
• Facilitates customer requests according to set standards
• Evaluates customer specifications and strives to optimize processes based on the specifications
• Building lasting relationships and establishing new relationships
• Support regional manager on technical details and quotations
• Complaint handling

You are the Customer Care Representative we are looking for if you recognize yourself in the points below:

• You have a completed Bachelor's degree in commercial and you have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management.
• You have experience with CRM; and preferably experience with SAP
• Customer-oriented attitude and able to respond to changing customer needs
• You are a real team player
• Excellent oral and written skills in English
• You have a keen eye for detail and able to maintain a helicopter view
