For the Hospitality Group of IMP, consisting of De Plesman and FINE Hotels & Suites, Kasparov is exclusively looking for a Hotel Manager who will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of one of the properties within the group. We would be happy to get in touch with you.Your RoleAs Hotel Manager within the Hospitality Group, you are responsible for the daily operations of a single property and ensure operational excellence across all departments. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong financial performance.In this position, you oversee all operational departments, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage, events organization, guest satisfaction, and operational performance. You report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the central Leadership Team to ensure alignment between strategy and operations.LeadershipYou report to the Managing Director and collaborate closely with the Leadership Team consisting of:· Finance Director· Sales & Revenue Director· Brand & Marketing Manager· Maintenance Manager· People & Culture ManagerYou lead all property-level teams, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Events, and Back-of-House operations. You establish clear priorities, measurable performance targets, and accountability to ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency.Your ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence· Ensure smooth daily operations across all departments· Monitor and continuously improve service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational KPIs· Implement standard operating procedures and operational best practices· Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation effectivelyF&B and Events Management· Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banqueting operations· Plan, organize, and execute events to meet guest expectations and revenue objectives· Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Manager and Sales & Revenue Director to maximize F&B and event revenue· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standardsTeam Leadership & Development· Lead, mentor, and develop property-level managers and staff· Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and teamwork· Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training· Support succession planning and career development within the propertyGuest Experience & Brand Standards· Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences aligned with brand standards· Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally· Maintain brand consistency across all guest touchpointsFinancial Stewardship & Governance· Monitor property financial performance and take corrective actions where necessary· Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ESG principles· Prepare and submit operational reports and forecasts to the Managing DirectorWhat You Bring· Proven experience in hotel management with a strong operational focus· Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage and events operations· Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills· Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility· Commitment to delivering operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences· A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven approachWhere You Will WorkThe Hospitality Group of IMP consists of De Plesman and FINE Hotels & Suites: two distinctive hotel concepts with a combined annual revenue of approximately €15–20 million.
