You will take the lead in delivering an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and presentation. You will ensure that all breakfast items are fully stocked and beautifully presented throughout the service. In addition, you will rotate at the live cooking station, engaging with guests and preparing fresh dishes to order. After breakfast concludes, your focus will shift to preparation for the following day: organizing mise en place, managing stock rotation, and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of your section. Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and calm early-morning energy will play a key role in supporting our breakfast operations.  You are responsible for providing our guests with an inspirational stay with unique discoveries they will always remember and want to share with their world!

A major investment has been made in the hotel which will result in completely renovated guest rooms and public areas, including a brand-new bar, restaurant and rooftop bar & terrace. The hotel will expand from 402 to 500 rooms and an additional conference center will be constructed.
