If you say Yes I can! Then we want to hear from you! As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you are the face of our housekeeping department. You ensure that all housekeeping operations run smoothly – from room cleaning to supplier contacts – and support the team in creating an exceptional guest experience, even in the most dynamic circumstances that an airport location brings. About the hotel Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is a modern four-star airport hotel, conveniently located near Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam. With 281 comfortable rooms, 19 versatile meeting rooms, and one large ballroom, we host a wide range of conferences, meetings, and international events. • A salary in FG 7 of the Horeca CAO, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.

Job requirements
Qualifications

• Experience in a similar housekeeping, supervisory role within hospitality;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Skilled with Microsoft Office software;
• Ability to handle guest requests and operational issues effectively;
• Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations;
• Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments;
• Availability to work rotating morning, day and evening shifts;
• A hands-on and service-oriented approach and lead-by-example work style, with the ability to support the team in daily housekeeping operations;
• An open, positive and communicative personality;
• Strong communication and listening skills.
