Your Key Contributions to Memorable Stays  As a Front Office Intern, you are one of the most important representatives of the hotel. You are (partly) responsible for providing a great experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will check in and out independently and you perform all administrative actions that are necessary to successfully manage a Front Office in a hotel. You maintain close contact with the guests, answer all their questions and provide them with a variety of information. You will also learn skills in the field of upselling and complaint handling. Organisation
In het hart van het stadscentrum ligt Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam. Het hotel is het eerste vijfsterrenhotel in Amsterdam en dateert uit de gouden eeuw. Drie eeuwen lang heeft het hotel onderdak geboden aan koninklijke en legendarische gasten zoals keizerin Elisabeth van Oostenrijk en de Beatles.
