You will join a large food production company that produces meat products and ready-to-eat meals for the retail market. The entire process, from preparation to packaging, takes place in-house using modern equipment, strict quality standards and clear procedures.

As a Food Production Operator, you work directly on the production line. Together with your team, you ensure that prepared products are processed, checked and packed correctly according to quality and hygiene standards.

You will be responsible for:

• Operating, starting up and stopping your production or packaging line;
• Performing quality checks on products and processes;
• Solving first-line technical malfunctions and deviations;
• Working according to HACCP, safety and hygiene standards;
• Keeping your line and workstation clean and organized.

Good to know
All meat arrives already processed. There is no slaughtering, no blood and no disturbing scenes. You work in a clean and professional food production environment.The working temperature is between 5°C and 15°C, which is standard in food production. You receive proper work clothing, structured onboarding and guidance from experienced operators.

Working hours & shifts
You can choose between:

• Day shift: 06:30 – 15:30, including 1-hour break.
• 2-shift rotation: alternate weekly between 06:30–15:30 and 15:30–00:30. Hours between 18:00–06:00 receive a 31.5% shift allowance!

Occasionally, Saturday work may occur (never mandatory, always in consultation).

• Proven experience in production and/or machine operation (mandatory);
• Experience in the food industry is a very strong advantage;
• Familiar with HACCP and safety procedures;
• Hands-on, reliable and proactive;
• Living in or near Delft;
• You speak English and/or Dutch.

• Up to €18.58 gross per hour (base) + 31.5% shift allowance in 2-shifts;
• Extra allowances for cold work, hygiene and clothing changes;
• Travel allowance €0.23/km (from 10 km one way);
• 3.25% end-of-year bonus;
