Here, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional service to both hotel guests and local patrons during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for inquiries about restaurant availability.
• Address guest complaints and reviews, collaborating with the team for continuous improvement.
• Utilize our operating system to accurately register purchases.
• Serve as the first contact for external guests making reservations.
• Support various projects assigned by the F&B Manager or Supervisor.

Job requirements

• Has excellent English skills; other languages are a plus!
• Is creative, proactive, and flexible.
• Is currently enrolled in a relevant hospitality or tourism education.
• Is looking for an internship starting February '25.
• Is available to work both weekdays and weekends, 38 hours per week.
• Can commit to at least 5 months.
