Are you ready to take on a pivotal role as an operator within our dynamic team? We are looking for a passionate individual with a knack for technology to join us in Wijchen. As an operator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our production processes, maintaining safety and cleanliness around the (shaped part) machines. If you are enthusiastic about working in a 3-shift system and possess the technical skills to handle small malfunctions independently, we want to hear from you!

• Overseeing the production and inspection of EPS products (expanded polystyrene)
• Adjusting machine and/or production line components
• Monitoring parameters and making machine adjustments
• Maintaining close communication with the technical department, collaborating closely
• Actively contributing to ongoing improvements within the company

Seeking a technically adept operator with a proactive attitude and a passion for innovation in the EPS industry.

• Vapro A level or equivalent technical education
• Flexible, able to handle varied daily tasks
• Skilled in independently resolving minor technical issues
• Enthusiastic team player for 3-shift work schedule

• A monthly salary between €3,150 and €3,400 based on 40 hours per week.
• Permanent contract with a view to a long-term employment.
• Full-time position, 38-40 hours per week.
