Job description
As a Logistics Returns Operator in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for the complete and efficient processing of all returned goods. You will start your day shift by inspecting and assessing incoming return shipments. You will also handle the administrative processing in the logistics system, including loading lists and waybills. Thanks to your attention to detail, all information is recorded accurately, allowing products to move quickly and correctly to the appropriate warehouse department.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Inspect, assess, and register all incoming return shipments with accuracy;
• Complete all administrative tasks, including processing loading lists and waybills;
• Accurately enter product and customer information into the logistics systems;
• Sort and classify returned goods based on quality and destination;
• Strictly follow and uphold internal logistics procedures and quality standards;
• Proactively identify and report discrepancies, damage, or missing documentation;
• Work closely with your colleagues to achieve daily returns processing targets;
• Actively contribute ideas to improve and streamline the returns processes at the new location.

Job requirements

• You have a demonstrable MBO level of working and thinking, obtained through education or experience;
• You are comfortable working with computers and quickly adapt to new digital systems;
• You have a hands-on attitude and work accurately and systematically while following established procedures;
• You can work independently, remain calm under pressure, and perform well during busy periods;
• Experience in a similar logistics role is an advantage, but motivation is even more important;
• You live within a maximum radius of 25 kilometres from Amsterdam.
