HOTEL THE NOBLEMEN
In May 2021 Hotel The Noblemen opened its doors. Located in a monumental canal house on the Leidsegracht, this fully renovated luxury boutique hotel boasts 13 unique guest rooms and a spa facility.
 
Explorers, inventors, philosophers, doctors and artists - each one of the 13 distinctive rooms represent a great Nobleman of The Dutch 17th Century. With its luxury interior and prime location, Hotel The Noblemen is the ultimate luxury boutique hotel of today, with a soul fueled by the history of yesterday.

We are looking for a part-time Hotel Ambassador, who is able to perform in many different positions. It is a very flexible position in a small boutique design hotel with a young but powerful team. 

JOB DESCRIPTION  
We are looking for someone to assist us in all aspects of the hotel operations – check in,  check out, breakfast, guest relation, concierge and more. You will be the main point of  contact with the guest; helping to create the ultimate luxury experience. You will work in a  young and dynamic team and be part of a newly opened hotel – meaning you will have the  chance to help shape the evolution of the guest experience through your input.

TASKS WILL INCLUDE

• Front Office
  o Conducting check in and check out with MEWS PMS system 
  o Concierge: recommending restaurant/activities for guests – help to plan their days
  o Guest relations: in-room set ups and personalized gifts for special occasions
  o Address guest requests, questions and complaints 
• F&B 
  o Preparing and serving breakfast for room service breakfast experience
  o Responding to and serving in-room drink/snack orders 
• Spa 
  o Make reservations for our Spa Facility 
  o Preparing the Spa for our guests 
• Housekeeping 
  o Supervising role of checking the rooms after cleaning and making final adjustments to ensure perfect cleanliness
  o In really busy periods, helping out with Housekeeping duties 
  
  QUALIFICATIONS  
• Strong experience within hospitality (horeca)
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus 
• Attention to detail
• Guest oriented
• Team player
  
  GENERAL DETAILS  
• 0 hour contract (part-time contract with fixed hours could also be discussed)
• Approximately 2 to 4 shifts a week, weekends and/or weekdays and holidays
• Between €14,40 and €14,80 bruto per hour depending on experience and qualifications (plus 10.64% holiday pay and plus 8.85% holiday allowance)
• Food during your shift is provided
