As our Team Leader Live Operations: NW Europe, you manage specialists across six countries, ensuring they achieve the best results possible. That includes developing all culture, process and performance improvements, developing a highly effective real-time response team.
In this wide-ranging Live Ops role, your focus also includes:
Achieving the best possible efficiency in terms of service levels, costs and support for the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Denmark and Norway
Reporting into the Global Live Operations Team Leader, and supporting Supervisors. You translate business vision into data-driven decisions & deliver on these
Working closely with our workforce management & training team to ensure the development and optimization of your team
Building strong relationships with the Local Operations and Customer Service departments for effective collaboration, information sharing & KPI improvement opportunities
Defining, regularly evaluating and reporting on KPIs related to growth & development
Here are the skills and experience we need from our Live Ops lead:
Extensive experience in an operational environment, including 3+ years' experience in a managerial position, leading staff in areas like logistics, corporate hospitality etc.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to produce valuable logistical insights
A strategic mindset, with a clear understanding of the wider issues impacting your markets
A proven track record in performance improvement, change management, optimising departmental procedures and exceeding targets & KPIs in a customer support environment
Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, constantly-evolving environment and coaching your team through the ride
Skilled in connecting with other departments on an international scale to boost performance and stakeholders management
Excellent English (written & spoken) and good communication skills. Fluent French and Dutch is a big advantage
