With 476 rooms and 21 versatile meeting spaces, including a spacious ballroom that accommodates up to 700 guests in theatre style and a unique rooftop event area, we are one of the largest meeting and events hotels in Amsterdam. Located conveniently next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station, the hotel is easily accessible by public transport and car. Job requirements
Essential ingredients:

• Preferably experience in a similar supervisory role in a large hotel with the ability to lead and motivate a team;
• You have a welcoming attitude are a team player and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and overseeing the F&B team to ensure smooth service across all F&B outlets with the focus on M&E Operations (Banqueting), during both morning and evening shifts.
• Coordinate and manage service for 21 meeting rooms, delivering exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
• Maintaining a high level of guest service and guest satisfaction
• Ensuring all guests needs are met in the F&B Outlets by assisting your team on the floor.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and brand standards.
• Address guest needs and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate that meeting rooms are prepared and set up completely according to the guests needs.
• Reviewing and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment for all team members.
• Bringing new ideas to enhance the guest experience and improve operations

Elke kleurrijke verdieping en alle 476 hotelkamers zijn ontworpen door wereldberoemde designer, Karim Rashid. Het restaurant, de bar en lounge liggen rondom het zonnige Piazza, middenin het hart van het complex.Het hotel beslaat 28.000 m², inclusief de 2.500 m² Meeting & Events Academy met 19 flexibele vergaderzalen en netwerkruimtes. De gehele verdieping zal toegewijd zijn aan vergaderen, socializen, leren, delen, netwerken en presenteren.
