The hotel also features 11 flexible meeting and event spaces with natural daylight, including our Grand Ballroom and studios.Guests can enjoy premium dining at Midtown Grill, one of Amsterdam's top steak restaurants, as well as Bar TWLV, our cosmopolitan bar offering globally inspired dishes, creative cocktails and a day-to-night atmosphere. What are your responsibilities?For our Guest Experience Agent position we are looking for a person who enjoys working with people and who has excellent “hospitality skills”.  Your main tasks will be handling the check in- and out of our guests, handling guest complaints and compliments, cash handling & handling other requests from our guests. Also you will handle VIP arrivals, special requests and treatments for guests.

• Have or pursuing a degree in hospitality and you have experience in the Front Office of an international hotel chain
• Have experience in customer service
• Can communicate preferable fluently in Dutch and English, another language is of course a plus
• Are willing to work morning, evening (AM/PM), and weekend shifts
• Are pro-active and reliable
• Are most of all, creative!
