Our successful Front Office Ambassador is will tailor their approach by reading cues from a guest to ensure our guest feels at home during their entire stay.Your day will consist of…

• Welcoming the guests and taking care of check-ins and -outs by providing personalised service towards our guests
• Demonstrating knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel
• Anticipating guests needs, handle guest requests and complaints
• Providing housekeeping service and delivering room service 
• Preparing and checking financial and administrative reports 
• Conduct fire and safety rounds
• Handle reservations on Opera

Job requirements
You…

• Live life to Discover
• Can communicate in English (and preferably in Dutch)
• Have experience with a reservation system (preferably Opera)
• Have a passion for hospitality
• Are available to work both weekdays and weekends in different shifts
