What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist with mise-en-place and ingredient preparation (cutting, portioning, marinating).
• Support in preparing simple dishes and garnishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
• Check and store deliveries and manage stock rotation.
• Assist with plating and clearing workstations during service.
• Actively contribute to effective teamwork within the kitchen.

Job requirements

We value people who:

• Have prior experience in a similar position.
• Can multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Have experience using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware.
• Love working in a team but are also able to work independently.
• Are familiar with HACCP and can follow sanitation procedures.
• Speak English (Dutch is a plus).
