At Bunk, our restaurant is full every day, from morning to late, kicking off with hotel guests over breakfast and finishing off with locals enjoying our cultural programming. Inspired by the monumental church which we call home, our menu features local, seasonal ingredients prepared traditionally: smoked, cured, pickled, marinated and stewed. Fresh produce is at the heart of each dish, which we cook straight from our heart, too. A barista can turn a simple coffee into someone's best moment of the day – and you? You're the one who makes that happen. You know your beans, your brews, and your milk frothing like the back of your hand, and you love sharing that knowledge with anyone who asks. You're quick on your feet and even quicker with a smile, because you thrive when the restaurant is buzzing and orders are flying in. Multitasking? No problem – you can pull an espresso, steam milk, and chat with a guest all at once without breaking a sweat. You've got an eye for detail, so every cup looks as good as it tastes, and you're not afraid to clean up a spill or reset the counter when things get hectic. We've converted Amsterdam Noord's historical Sint Ritakerk into a buzzing hub for people from near and far alike. On a typical day, our restaurant (and terrace, in the summer) is filled with diners enjoying dishes featuring fresh seasonal produce prepared using traditional methods: smoked, pickled, marinated and stewed. Meanwhile, backpackers will be catching some good sleep on a budget in our pods, culture vultures capitalising on our free events, podcasters and producers recording the next big thing and curious travelers wandering through our halls, heading out on adventures before making their way back to their rooms.BENEFITS

Organisation
We hebben de historische Sint Ritakerk in Amsterdam Noord omgebouwd tot een bruisende ontmoetingsplek. Op een typische dag zit ons restaurant (en terras, in de zomer) vol met gasten die genieten van gerechten van over de hele wereld, bereid met zo veel mogelijk lokale ingrediënten (en natuurlijk met de typische Bunk-twist). Terwijl ons hotel vol zit met backpackers die voor een budgetvriendelijke prijs een wat slaap inhalen in een van onze pods, cultuurliefhebbers die profiteren van onze gratis evenementen, podcastmakers en producenten die het volgende grote project opnemen in onze studio. Daarnaast zijn er ook nog een aantal nieuwsgierige reizigers die door onze gangen dwalen, op weg naar avonturen voordat ze terugkeren naar hun kamers.
