Our dedicated team takes pride in creating a warm, safe, and professional atmosphere for our guests, both day and night.The positionAs a Night Porter, you are the point of contact for our guests during the night. You ensure peace, safety, and order throughout the hotel and assist with late check-ins or early check-outs.
You will also help prepare the breakfast setup, so everything is ready for our guests and morning staff when the day begins.Your responsibilities

• Welcoming and checking in guests during night hours
• Conducting regular security rounds throughout the hotel
• Responding to guest requests or questions
• Performing simple administrative tasks (e.g., verifying reservations)
• Preparing and setting up the breakfast area
• Carrying out light cleaning and preparation tasks
• Reporting any irregularities to the morning shift or hotel manager

Who you are

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Friendly, professional, and service-minded
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Experience in hospitality or night shifts is an advantage, but not required
• Living in or near Amsterdam
