With more than 300 hotels across 20+ countries, our success is driven by the talent and passion of our people. Would you like to join the Happiness Industry?We are looking for an F&B Manager to join the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands). What will you be responsible for?·       Leading the full opening and setup of the Food & Beverage department.·       Overseeing restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting operations.·       Developing and implementing the F&B strategy to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.·       Recruiting, training, and leading the F&B team.·       Managing budgets, cost control, purchasing, and supplier relations.·       Ensuring compliance with brand standards, hygiene regulations, and safety protocols.·       Coordinating with the kitchen, events, and hotel management teams.·       Driving innovation, upselling initiatives, and operational efficiency. What are we looking for?·       Previous experience as F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in 4/5 hotels.·       Experience in hotel openings is a strong advantage.·       Fluency in English and Dutch (mandatory).·       Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.·       Customer‑focused mindset and attention to detail.·       Passion for hospitality and team development. What do we offer?·       Up to 50% discount in our 4/5 hotels worldwide.·       Free and unlimited online training with The Power Business School.·       Access to our Employee Club with exclusive advantages and discounts.·       Referral program rewarding your recommendations with hotel nights.·       The opportunity to lead the F&B opening of a new international property.

Job requirements
