As a Front Office Intern, you will be the face of the hotel and play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Front Office operations while developing your professional and hospitality skills in a dynamic international environment. Responsibilities ⦁ Welcome and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner. ⦁ Assist with guest check-outs and process payments accurately. ⦁ Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries. ⦁ Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. ⦁ Handle guest requests and ensure timely follow-up. ⦁ Maintain accurate guest records in the hotel management system. ⦁ Support the Front Office team with daily administrative tasks. ⦁ Learn and apply hotel standards, procedures, and customer service practices. ⦁ Assist in resolving guest concerns under the supervision of the front office team. ⦁ Prepare reports and complete shift handover notes as required. ⦁ Ensure the reception area remains organized, professional, and welcoming. ⦁ Participate in training sessions and develop hospitality and communication skills. Essential Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality or related study programme
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop
• Guest-focused mindset with a positive and professional approach
• Enjoys working in a team and adapting to a fast-paced environment
• Available for an internship of at least 5-6 months
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
• Interest in Front Office and guest relations
• Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS) is a plus
• Dutch or any additional language skills are an advantage
• Eagerness to develop operational knowledge within a hotel environment
