THE POSITIONAs an HR Coordinator you oversee HR operations, provide guidance to management, analyse HR trends and metrics, resolve complex issues, suggest HR strategies aligned with business goals, improve work relationships and productivity, build morale and increase retention.

Job requirements
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on various HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews.
• Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
• Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
• Provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
• Conduct regular HR audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively recommend improvements to HR programs and processes.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Basic HR knowledge and familiarity with local labour laws.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• At least two years of previous work experience in HR.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Analytical and goal oriented attitude.
