You bring structure where it is needed, ensuring every new employee is correctly registered and personnel files are accurately maintained and securely stored. From coordinating engaging team events to crafting materials that inspire connection and celebration, your contribution will help make every moment meaningful. As a trusted point of contact for our ambassadors, you are approachable and supportive. You answer questions and provide guidance to ensure their experience is smooth and positive. This internship is more than a role. • Supporting the HR team in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. We promise it never gets boring! 

• Keeping things beautifully organized: from employee files to system registrations, you have got the details covered. 

• Helping to plan events, surprises and team moments that make people smile. 

• Being a friendly point of contact for our ambassadors: answering questions, giving guidance and making their day smoother. 

• Helping to organize and coordinate trainings that empower our ambassadors to grow, learn and thrive in their roles. 

• Sharing your ideas and creativity in ongoing HR projects (we love a fresh perspective!) 

• Turning theory into actions as you explore HR and grow into the pro you are meant to be. 

 During this internship you will join the hotel that is constantly evolving and will become a part of the HR team that is anything but ordinary: fearless, fun and all about lifting each other up.  What are we looking for? 

• We are looking for someone who takes initiative, spots opportunities and takes ownership of their responsibilities.  

• You are a people person at heart, comfortable connecting with others and building positive relationships with colleagues and ambassadors alike. 

• You bring positive, can-do energy into the workplace. Change does not through you off, it energizes you! 

• Above all, you are naturally curious, eager to learn, ask questions and continuously grow both personally and professionally. 

• You can communicate fluently in English and preferably Dutch.  

• You are a current university student with a program that requires an internship.

A major investment has been made in the hotel which will result in completely renovated guest rooms and public areas, including a brand-new bar, restaurant and rooftop bar & terrace. The hotel will expand from 402 to 500 rooms and an additional conference center will be constructed.
