Functieomschrijving
As an Operator at IFF, you will be a key player in our production department, ensuring the quality of everyday products. You'll transform flavorings into powders with precision, making a local and international impact.

What you will do:

• Accuracy: ensure all raw materials are collected and weighed with the precision our quality standards demand
• Processing: add ingredients to machines and monitor the correct processing of materials
• Recipes: follow detailed recipes and carefully blend ingredients to create the best flavor combinations
• Packaging: fill the final products into bags and prepare them for shipment, maintaining attention to detail
• Teamwork: collaborate with the team to contribute to groundbreaking projects and community engagement

Functie-eisen

• Flexible availability for 3-shift work;
• Proficiency in Dutch/English at B2 level;
• Experience production
• Physical capability to lift 20-25 kg bags at times;
• Precise, disciplined, and hardworking.

• Temporary contract with a view to permanent employment with guaranteed hours
• Full-time role across 3 shifts
• Additional 5.12% ADV allowance on top of your hourly wage
