As a machine operator at Coca-Cola, your responsibilities will include:

Addressing technical issues with various machines.
Precisely adjusting equipment for optimal performance.
Vigilantly monitoring the production process.
Operating the different machines used in the production process.
Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.

You'll work in rotating shifts according to a 3-shift system:

Early shift: 06:00 - 14:00 hours
Late shift: 14:00 - 22:00 hours
Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00 hours

• Availability for full-time work, flexibility for three-shift schedules.
• Demonstrable experience as a machine operator, preferably in the food and beverage sector or a similar setting.
• Having your own transportation is essential due to working hours and the Dongen location.
• Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.

• A gross monthly salary ranging from €3200 to €3500, inclusive of appealing shift allowances (30% after 17:30 hours and 40% after 00:00 hours).
• A full-time temporary contract through our agency, with the potential for a permanent position at Coca-Cola.
• Opportunities for career advancement within Coca-Cola, including specialization within the operator field. You will be starting with a temporary contract (tijdelijk contract) and when everything goes well there are possibilities for a permanent contract.
• Pension contributions from the commencement of employment.
• Generous reimbursement of travel expenses at €0.21 per kilometer.
