As a Trouble shooter you ensure that the logistics processes run smoothly. You naturally have a helicopter view and keep a cool head. You anticipate a possible hitch like no other. You enjoy a diverse and challenging role and help colleagues in the Service Delivery department in case there are differences in the delivery to our customers. You get to the bottom of what went wrong and how you can prevent similar mistakes in the future. Through your input, the logistics operation is able to work as efficiently and effectively as possible. You also come up with suggestions for improvement and adjust procedures as necessary.

What do you need for this function?

• You have experience in logistics
• You have experience with SAP and Excel
• You are customer oriented
• You have MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level
• You have a good command of the English language
• You live in the direct area of Heijen
