• Works according to the supervisor's instructions.
• Operates machines to make cores, including adding sand and heating.
• Removes cores from the mold, using hands for small cores and equipment for larger ones.
• Removes rough edges and cleans the cores with compressed air.
• Places cores on a pallet or conveyor belt, by hand for small cores and with a crane for large ones.
• Prepares the molds for the next round by cleaning and adding reinforcements.
• Checks the cores and molds for damage and quality during work, and reports any issues to the supervisor.
• Keeps the machines clean and informs the supervisor of any malfunctions.
• Updates the supervisor on work progress and reports issues on time.
• Assists with additional tasks within the department and occasionally outside it.
• Follows safety guidelines and works safely.

• You are skilled and have experience with power tools.
• You are available full-time for 3 shifts (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM - 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
• You are proficient in Dutch, English, or German.
• You have your own transportation to get to work in Tegelen.
