The Managing Director is leading the company together with the Management Team and is reporting to the Group Management/Board of Thesis. The Thesis group companies operate as standalone profit centers. The synergy inside Thesis provides each of them with significant additional value and the Group Service Centers support each of them in the field of Finance, Human Resources and ICT. Van Iperen International have own sales offices/home offices in various countries and a joint venture in China.

• You bear ultimate responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the organization and lead a multidisciplinary management team.
• From this position, you ensure alignment, streamlining, and the effective implementation of commercial, operational, and financial policies, aimed at achieving sustainable growth and results.
• You collaborate closely with the management team on strategy, growth and team development, with focus on achieving both annual and long-term objectives.
• You can combine short-term (commercial) targets with a long term strategy.
• You empower and facilitate team members to develop themselves, to solve problems and take responsibility.

Profile:

• You hold an Academic degree (e.g. Business Administration) and have a proven relevant international track record, preferably within the agri sector/markets.
• You have expertise in sales/marketing/branding, business development, global supply chain, finance and a strong affinity for digitalization is very relevant as well.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
• You are willing to travel (approximately 25 percent of your time).
• You have experience with project management.
