Job requirements
Essential ingredients:

• Currently enrolled in a hotel/hospitality management program or a related HBO-level course.
• Available for a minimum 10-month internship.
• Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!

You will learn to:

• Assist the Director of Sales with various administrative and sales activities, including data processing, sales analysis, and reporting.
• Provide support for corporate contracting, including managing local and international client contracts, handling Lanyon RFP's, and loading the rates. 
• Prepare and coordinate site inspections in collaboration with the Director of Sales or the Meetings & Events team.
• Identify and follow up on potential sales leads to generate new business.
• Make follow-up calls to existing clients and conduct after-sales follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing familiarization trips or client events.
• Write engaging promotional content for marketing purposes.
• Contribute to our social media presence by creating and sharing content.
• Review and update hotel and third-party website content to ensure it reflects the latest information and promotions.

Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West heeft in juli 2018 haar deuren geopend. Het hotel is onderdeel van VEN, een uniek complex in Amsterdam en een ware toevoeging voor de stad. Door 24/7 een werk en plezier omgeving te bieden, zal VEN nieuwsgierige bezoekers aantrekken over de hele wereld.
Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West is een design hotel dat een grote verscheidenheid aan belevingen biedt. Elke kleurrijke verdieping en alle 476 hotelkamers zijn ontworpen door wereldberoemde designer, Karim Rashid. Het restaurant, de bar en lounge liggen rondom het zonnige Piazza, middenin het hart van het complex.
Het hotel beslaat 28.000 m², inclusief de 2.500 m² Meeting & Events Academy met 19 flexibele vergaderzalen en netwerkruimtes. De gehele verdieping zal toegewijd zijn aan vergaderen, socializen, leren, delen, netwerken en presenteren. De balzaal van 700 m² is verspreid over 2 verdiepingen en kan tot 700 gasten plaatsen.Een hotel en conferentie centrum waar gasten kunnen werken, slapen, eten, kletsen, zwemmen, borrelen, samenkomen, netwerken, zaken doen, zon aanbidden, relaxen, hardlopen of een gokje wagen.
