As a production worker, you will be working at different stations in a brand-new and innovative factory. You carry out essential manual tasks for creating concrete floors, walls, and ready-made facades. Together with around 100 colleagues and more than 70 robots, you ensure every house is finished to the highest standards.

This is what you will do:

• Work according to drawings, projections, and instructions at various locations in the factory
• Install and assemble parts, such as window frames, sills, underfloor heating, and other elements
• Lift and place elements accurately
• Independently perform quality checks and notice any deviations
• Contribute to improving processes, keeping your working space clean and safe

You will work in a comfortable 2-shift system (6:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00), surrounded by the latest technology.

• Experience in production or technical work
• High attention to quality and safety
• Willing to work in a 2-shift system
• Accurate and structured way of working
• Good command of the Dutch of English language

In this company's innovative and modern factory, 4,000 homes are assembled annually. They hope this will contribute sustainably to addressing the housing shortage in the Netherlands. The homes are assembled in several stages and at various stations throughout the factory. In addition to manual labor, modern technologies like robots are also widely used. You'll work with over 100 colleagues on the homes of the future.

• Salary between €2,655 and €3,260 gross per month,
• Shift bonus of 20,1% starting from 1800 hours
