• Cleaning and oiling concrete molds so fresh concrete won't stick
• Preparing molds and placing reinforcement bars
• Pouring concrete and making sure everything is correct using technical drawings
• Working in a team to ensure production runs smoothly
• During your start, you will be trained in all tasks and get the chance to grow into operator roles

• Available to work 32-40 hours per week in day shifts (Monday to Friday)
• Experience in construction is a plus
• Physically able to do the work
• MBO education level or similar work experience
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or English
• Driver's license and own transport

Our client specializes in manufacturing prefab concrete products and is located in Lemmer, Kampen, Emmeloord, and Lelystad. They operate nationwide in residential construction, commercial building, and structural works.

• Salary between €2,650 and €2,800 gross per month,
• Travel expense reimbursement,
• 8.33% holiday allowance,
