We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who's ready to bring De Plesman, Suus & Bar Albert story to life. Do you feel like you're creative, curious, old, and not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed? Keep onreading! About us De Plesman opened its doors in March 2025 and has already earned a Michelin Key (which we're secretly very proud of). We're a boutique hotel located in the former KLM headquarters in The Hague, honouring aviation pioneer Albert Plesman. The building's history is reflected in every detail, from its architecture to its hospitality. Guests can enjoy an amazing dinner at Restaurant Suus, named after Plesman's wife, or unwind at Albert Bar, named after Albert Plesman himself. A dynamic spot between the dunes and the city where The Hague's heritage comes to life.  What you'll do 

• Plan and send out e-mail campaigns 

• Keep our website and CMS platforms up to date 

• Create and schedule social media campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) in collaboration with our interns. 

• Design on-brand visuals for digital and print 

• Keep track of social media trends and spot new ways to tell our story 

• Support marketing partnerships, photoshoots  

• Support with the organization of events 

• Work closely with the Marketing and Brand Manager to keep all communication consistent and creative. 

• Provide the sales team with branded collateral that perfectly reflects our brand identities.  

 This is you! 

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role 

• You're very comfortable with design tools like Canva and Adobe 

• You know your way around social media, e-mail marketing tools, and CMS systems 

• You're assertive, well-organised, and up to date with social media trends 

• You have a good eye for detail and design 

• You're curious, creative and like to explore new ideas 

• You're proactive and like to make things happen 

• You love working at the office  

• You like taking ownership of your projects 

• Photography skills are a big plus 

• Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)
