What You Will Be Doing:
As a Meetings and Events Intern, you will play a vital role in our team, providing support to our Meetings and Events department. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in preparing quotes for future clients.
• Following up on details to ensure client satisfaction.
• Creating banqueting event orders/sheets to inform operational departments.
• Coordinating events from inception to completion.
• Liaising with various operational departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Organizing show rounds for potential clients.
• Actively participating in the planning and implementation of events.
• Processing information into Salesforce.
• Ensuring after-sales satisfaction for completed events.

Job requirements

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an HBO education program (internship must be a part of current education).
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of Dutch being desirable.
• Seeking a minimum internship commitment of 6 months.
• Enthusiastic and positive mindset, always striving for improvement.
