Job description
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide knowledgeable recommendations from the menu, ensuring every guest feels special and cared for throughout their visit.
- Work closely with the rest of the team, supporting each other to create a smooth and efficient service, ensuring that guests' needs are met promptly and with a smile.
- You'll keep an eye on every table, anticipating needs and ensuring that guests always have what they need - whether it's a refill, a menu suggestion, or just a quick check-in to ensure everything is perfect.
- Go above and beyond to make sure every guest leaves with a smile, whether it's recommending the perfect wine pairing or suggesting a dessert to end their meal.
- Keep your section tidy and organized, ensuring that everything is ready for the next guest, and the restaurant always feels welcoming.
