Job Description

And here's the exciting part - we are looking for a Welcome Trainee who is passionate about W, music, style and innovation. 

It is critical that the Welcome Trainee represents the W lifestyle to our guests and customers.  They, like the rest of our ‘talent' are the soul behind the brand and they bring it to life.

Main responsibilities

• Providing a great welcome experience to our guests
• Checking guests in, ensuring that all guest prefereces are fullfilled and retrieving all necessary guest information
• Checking guests out
• Being the first point of contact for guests and providing information of all facilitites of W Amsterdam
• Creating memorable experiences and Whatever/Whenever moments
• Answering phonecalls and delivering Whatever/Whenever service

Job requirements
Requirements

• MBO / HBO Practical Internship
• Follow hospitality education
• Fluency in English
• Minimum duration 20 weeks
• Startdate Aug/Sep 2021
