We offer everything guests need and provide more where it matters most.THE POSITIONAs a Cook, you will take on a high level of responsibility, ensuring our guests start their day with a great breakfast experience. Our hotel has 160 rooms, breakfast is included for every guest, and we daily serve group lunches and dinners. The ideal candidate is a great organizer, works in a fast pace and is a real team player. You work closely with the F&B team and report to the Operations Manager.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet with hot and cold dishes 

• Prepare group lunch and dinner

• Monitor food quality, freshness and hygiene standards (HACCP)

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

• Daily ordering of supplies with different suppliers

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth running of the kitchen

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 

• Being able to work independently in the kitchen

• Having a creative and warm personality and knowing how to connect with everyone.

• Guest-oriented and representative.

• Speaking excellent English, the Dutch language is a plus.

• Experience in hotel settings is a plus.
