What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-dayWe are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager who always maintains the overview with the highest standards of service. In this role, you'll oversee all check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions. As Assistant Front Office Manager you are responsible for leading, coaching, training and motivating your team. In addition, you know how to approach guests and through your authenticity you give each guest a unique feeling by creating Authentic Luxury moments.Your main responsibilities are;
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations of the Front Office;
  • Handling guest complaints and resolving issues;
  • Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction;
  • Monitoring KPI's and making adjustments when necessary;
  • Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures;
  • Maintaining accurate records of front office operations, transactions and inventories;
  • Implementing policies and procedures to improve front Office efficiency and customer service;
  • Take every opportunity to improve the guest satisfaction and walk the extra mile;
  • Contact for all the guests during major events in regards to arrival, stay and departure; 
  • Controlling turnover, costs and other financial aspects.

Job requirements
What we wish you will bring with you
  • Proven Front Office skills in luxury and high volume environment with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • A natural “drive” to get to know people and to exceed expectations;
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise;
  • Guest-oriented, affinity with planning and organizing and eye for details;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with an hands-on mentality;
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed;
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
