On behalf of our client, a reputable property management company based in Utrecht, we are looking for an experienced and reliable carpenter. Our client primarily manages real estate properties, focusing on renovations and maintenance, with occasional new construction projects. They are well-regarded for their commitment to quality, attention to detail, and client satisfaction. As a carpenter, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving their properties, working on a variety of assignments.

As a carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing building structures and woodwork. This role involves diverse tasks, including property renovations and maintenance, with occasional involvement in new construction. The ideal candidate values precision and professionalism, with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Construct and install frameworks, structures, and other fixtures according to specifications and blueprints
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials needed for each project
• Repair and maintain existing structures, ensuring safety and durability
• Collaborate with team members, such as electricians, plumbers, and project managers, to meet project deadlines
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Proven experience as a carpenter, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment
• Physical fitness and stamina for tasks involving lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Carpentry certification or relevant technical training
• Knowledge of Dutch building regulations and safety standards
• Basic Dutch language skills are a plus, though not required
