As a production worker in Espel, you play an important role in a modern workplace that values growth, commitment, and the right work attitude. Every day, you and your colleagues create and check high-quality wooden agricultural crates. While contributing to the production process, you'll be supported to improve your skills and develop yourself further.

• Check the quality of wooden planks and do any needed repairs
• Work with a nail gun and keep the machines supplied
• Identify and solve any issues during production
• Help colleagues when needed so the workflow remains smooth
• Work from 07:00 to 16:00, with the possibility of occasional overtime

• Good command of the English language
• Experience or interest in technology or agriculture
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary
• Skilled with tools and enjoy hands-on tasks
• Previous experience in a similar position

Het bedrijf maakt kisten voor de landbouw. Er worden momenteel 80.000 kisten per jaar geproduceerd. Uit één kuub hout worden 4 kisten gemaakt. Er wordt dus totaal 20.000 kuub hout per jaar verwerkt.
