As a production employee in the galvanizing department, you are responsible for all tasks that come up during the galvanizing process. Together with your colleagues and the foreman, you make sure the workplace is safe and tidy, so everyone can get to work as well as possible.

You immediately see whether the material is suitable for galvanizing and free from things like paint residue or oil layers. After the first check, the galvanizing process can begin and you hang the material on the rails. You can imagine that there is a long rail, which makes working with the galvanizing bath efficient and effective.

After dipping the material into the galvanizing bath, you remove it from the rails again and check whether it has the correct coating thickness and appearance.
