As a factory worker, you will join a company in Espel that manufactures wooden crates for the agricultural industry. Your daily job is to make sure crates for transporting onions, carrots, and potatoes meet the highest quality standards.

This is what you will be doing:

• Inspect and repair wooden crates and racks where needed
• Refill the nail machine
• Place separate planks on the conveyor belt
• Keep an eye on the production process and resolve minor issues
• Support your colleagues when you have spare time

You will work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.

• Good command of English; Dutch is a bonus
• Interest in agriculture and technology
• Willing to work overtime (always voluntary)
• Enjoy practical, hands-on work

The company makes boxes for agriculture. Currently 80.000 boxes are produced per year. Four boxes are made from one cubic meter of wood. So a total of 20.000 cubic meters of wood is processed per year.
