Nouvall Engineering Services is specialized in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industry. We provide expertise in the field of Engineering, Project Management, Maintenance, Shutdowns, Construction and Safety.

• Site supervision will be part of the job, to monitor construction activities.
• You are involved in checking construction packages made by external design contractors.
• The work packages will have to be checked for compliance, completeness and constructability. In this you will make use of your knowledge and expertise.
• Where possible, you will propose alternative materials and / or working methods.
• You will actively participate in internal and external meetings.
• You will have contact with other departments within the project organization to ensure that the design meets the expectation of these departments.
• Support the Construction Manager for E&I electrical construction matters.
• Manage parts of the E&I construction activities.
• Supervise (sub)contractors.
• Prepare and issue permit to work.
• Pro-active in SHE matters.
• Assist team for electrical matters.
• Assist SHE department team in reviewing work method statements and risk analysis.

• A valid VCA VOL certificate and a good safety awareness
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in the (petro-) chemical sector
• Clear experience in working in or with design contractors
• Strong affinity with the execution of construction works.
• Include your experience into practical designs and construction packages.
• Good understanding of English in speaking and writing and fluent in Dutch
• Critical and sharp attitude to identify omissions in design
• Enthusiastic and goal-oriented
• Strong attitude to SHE
