As a Breakfast Supervisor at Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport, you will lift the guest experience to the next level. You ensure the smooth running of breakfast and are the first point of contact for both guests and team members.Your responsibilities include

• Managing the breakfast team: Organising, assigning tasks and motivating the team.
• Hospitality is paramount: Offering a warm welcome to our guests and ensuring an optimal breakfast experience.
• Induction and guidance: Inducting new employees and guiding them to success.
• Process optimisation: Managing staff efficiently and continuously improving our work processes.

Who are you?

• You have experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role.
• You have a passion for hospitality and always put the guest first.
• You are a team player and know how to inspire others.
• You are organisationally strong and think in solutions.
• You don't mind working early in the morning, even at weekends.
